Rejoining WW Online [Jul. 10th, 2008|11:04 am]


I need the structure. This doing it on my own thing, not working so well, even through SparkPeople. I have a WW scale at home and paper journals for when I can't journal online. I AM going to do this.

Weight Goals: 200 by Labor Day/195 by my wedding Anniversary/155 by my 40th birthday (April 13) - It will be a total of 68.7# gone. ('Cause lost implies I want to find them again. NOT)

Fitness Goals: Complete Couch to 5K program by November, possibly walk in the Philadelphia Memory Walk November 1; yoga or swimming every other day - put that gym membership to use!

Nutrition Goals: Increase F&V consumption - include one vegetarian main meal a week and more green leafies; eliminate soda and artifically sweetened beverages by end of July; WATER!!!!!!

Rewards: 10# = Pedicure; 20# = Knitting Gear; 25# = Spa Treatment; 30# = Pedicure & a new outfit; 40# = Spinning Gear (fiber, not exercise); 50# = New hair style; 55# = Spa Treatment; 60# = complete outfit from Revival; Goal = 2 or 3 mundane outfits and a spa treatment

It's a plan. It's aggressive. I can do this. I DON'T want to be as unhappy with my photo with James Marsters *swoon* from Dragon*Con as I am with my graduate school graduation photos. Plus, I want to be comfy in my garb again.

you CAN do this. if there is anything I can do to help you get to your goal... let me know.

That Couch to 5k looks impressive. THAT will be a worthy adversary. Conquer it! Defeat it! and then boast of your warrior status to the other Klingons.
That will be a great achievement and something to feel proud of. You CAN do it!

I started it a little while ago and then had to stop due to shoe and tummy issues. THEN I twisted my ankle - twice, but not doing that! My first goal is to get to bed early tonight so I can get up in the morning and restart week 1 tomorrow. :)

Oh! And Casey is going to help me with this, too. :)
