As of the end of February I have lost 6.6 pounds. It would have been more, but the flu prevented exercise.
I'm participating in another challenge through the end of April and am hoping to lose 10 pounds. We'll see how that goes.
A challenge is usually a defined period of time (e.g., March 1-April 30) where the participants set a goal to achieve by the end of the challenge and report in daily (or weekly) on their progress. It usually has a specific focus - water, food, exercise, etc.
Question: would a weight watcher challenge help everyone here? Let me know. I'll be happy to organize it if you want.
